This layout belongs to the Beds Area Group of the Association of 16mm Modellers. 

The group meet at Ridgmont village hall, hence it's name. 

The photo's were taken at the 16mm Association AGM at Stoneleigh in 2000, where the layout was 'on loan' to the Reading Area Group who did not have a portable layout.
